MANAGING THE YEAR END FINANCES - PART 1 DAYTIME

This two part course is recommended for new Clerks with financial responsibilities. We'll provided clear guidance through the year-end finance process with lots of opportunity for questions in an informal setting. Part 1 will focus on the procedures you will need to undertake before the year end along with the information you will need to complete the Annual Governance & Accountability Return (AGAR).
The tutor is an experienced Clerk with many years of successfully managing council finances.
