The Team

Julie, Sara, Laura, Richard and Di are experienced Norfolk Parish Clerks and have provided training, locum and audit support to many councils.

With many years of experience between us, we’ve dealt with most kinds of challenges, or know someone who has! If you call us you’ll be answered by Julie, Laura, Richard or Sara – our colleague Di is semi-retired now although her wealth of knowledge, particularly with allotments and internal auditing, comes in handy when our subscribers ask us these types of questions.

Di Dann

Di has helped so many clerks in Norfolk and beyond. She's been training in the sector since 2005 and at one point was the Training Officer for SLCC.

Richard Bishop

Richard has almost 40 years experience clerking councils in Norfolk as well as holding key roles within SLCC and Norfolk Parish Training Partnership.

Laura Apps-Green

Laura has been a clerk since 2015 and prior to that worked in the voluntary sector as well as for one of Norfolk's District Councils.

Sara Campbell

Sara's background is in IT, Personnel and Training. She's been clerking and training in the sector since 2011.

Julie King

Julie has been involved in the sector since 2005 and is passionate about helping councils and councillors make a difference in their local area.
